By placing an order on CrossBorder Select you confirm that you are purchasing dietary supplements or personal care items for personal use, and that import of these items is permitted in your destination region.
Prices are listed in USD and include product cost only. Duties and taxes, where applicable, are determined by the destination customs authority and communicated before dispatch whenever possible.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the information needed to fulfill your order: name, contact details and shipping address. This data is used for order processing, delivery and customer support.
We never sell customer data. Order records are retained for the period required by commerce and customs regulations, then deleted.
Shipping & Returns
Standard tracked delivery takes 8-12 business days; express tracked delivery takes 4-6 business days. Tracking numbers are shared by email at dispatch.
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund. Return shipping is arranged through our support team.
